Our team carefully choses materials suited to high humidity and tropical rains. We use lime plaster finishes to help manage humidity, locally sourced teak and guanacaste wood for their natural warmth and resilience, and sturdy ceramic flooring for easy upkeep. Large windows under wide eves invite refreshing breezes and light while keeping heat and radiation at bay.
